Shipping
- All orders ship from Chicago, IL, via USPS or UPS, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please ensure the address you are shipping to is a safe and secure place to leave packages.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to be processed, although we will try our best to process your order sooner.
- Once your order is received and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted, so please double-check your order before submission.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed in the event of uncontrollable events.
Lost Packages
Scatter Your Sunshine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please see our FAQs for next steps if your package is lost.
Other Notes
Scatter Your Sunshine, as the seller, fulfills its responsibility in shipping the package to the address the buyer provides, with the carrier approved by the buyer at the time of checkout.
Packaging
- We are always working to minimize plastic use in our packaging, and recycle/reuse packaging materials sent to us by our community.
- Items may be packaged in recycled boxes/envelopes, along with recycled supplies for support/cushioning. Because of this, your packaging may vary.
- As we scale our production and packaging needs, we aim to try the best to keep our environmental impact as low as possible.
